Exclusive Home Good items sold in store must be returned to the local store where purchased.
All Bralettes, Bras, Leggings, Accessories, Beanies, some Swim where noted, and Final Sale items (anything ending in .99) are not eligible for return or exchange. Items discounted 40% or greater will also be considered Final Sale. No exceptions.
Returns will be credited with an electronic store credit for the original purchase price, in order to offer free shipping and discounted return labels we do not offer refunds.
The term "Final Sale" means an item can not be retuned or exchanged.
All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.
Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box.
If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, received beyond 30 days from the order date or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days.
All Sale Orders discounted 40% or greater are Final Sale and are not eligible for Return or Exchange. No Exceptions will be made.
Seasonal Gift Purchases: Orders placed after November 15th - Extended Return Date: Returns must be received by January 10th to receive store credit.
Please note that an exchange is only for the exact same item in a different size. Be aware that our items often sell out very quickly!
Final Sale items are not eligible to be exchanged or returned.
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The item you are returning must meet all of the return guidelines above.
Please place a new order for the correct size of the same exact item.
Ship your return item back to us including your new order number for the exchange inside your return, and we will process a full refund to your credit card (minus any Easy Return Label fees) once we receive the returned item.
If we are currently sold out of the size you need, we are unable to process an exchange and you should refer to the Return instructions above.
Shipping back your order:
While we always provide free shipping to you, we do not provide free return shipping. You may utilize our discounted Easy Return Label (for orders within the U.S. only) to send back your items or choose a shipping carrier of your own.
If you choose to use our Easy Return Label, we will deduct $5.00 from your Store Credit per each U.S. order.
Please utilize the resealable mailer bag for clothing if possible.
Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box. Please to not affix shipping labels to the shoebox itself.
When using our Easy Return Label you can then hand the return package to your Mail Carrier or drop it off at any USPS Post Office.

We don’t require a Return Authorization, but please include your original packing slip inside your return.
We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.
All returns will be processed within 1-5 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once we have processed it.
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately.
If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at email@example.com so we may address the issue.
We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it.
We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues wherever possible.
We photograph each item and do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors.
