1. Do I need a personal account to shop on your website?

No, you don’t need an account to shop with us! You can easily make a one-time purchase as a guest. But we know you’re going to love your purchase, so we suggest making an account. This will give you first-access to deals and new arrivals before anyone else knows about them! It also saves your shipping address in case you want to come back for more!

2. How do I sign up for an online account and start shopping?

Signing up for an account is super easy! Just use your Google or Facebook account, or you can register with an active email address.

3. What can I do if I forgot my login information?

We get it! It can be hard to remember your passwords for every single site you log onto. That’s why we’ve made it easy to reset your password. Just select the “forgot password” button, enter your email address, and we’ll send you a recovery email. It’s as simple as that!

4. What should I do if something I love and want to order is out of stock?

We get how disappointing it can be to see a pair of shoes or a top you love that’s out of stock. But don’t worry! We have an option for you to sign up to be alerted when your perfect pair of shoes or must-have top is back in stock.

5. How can I sign up for email newsletters or your texting club?

Want to get 20% off your next online purchase? Join our text club! Just text CCB to 74499 to get an exclusive code for 20% off your next purchase. This is valid for new sign ups only. 6. Do you have any brick and mortar locations I could visit?

Yes! In 2017, we opened our very first brick-and-mortar store in Carmel, Indiana. You can find us at:

Our hours are Monday- Saturday 10:00 AM to 8:00 pm and Sundays 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

7. I’m so excited for my new outfit! When will my new clothes and accessories ship?

Closet Candy is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders using UPS or USPS! Items usually ship out within 1 business day and take about 4 to 10 days to arrive. Your package is not insured with the free shipping option. Please make sure that your items are being shipped to a secure location or upgrade to shipping that includes insurance. Closet Candy is not responsible for items that have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.

Additional Shipping Options

  • Priority Mail: You can upgrade to Priority Mail with package insurance for only $5.95. These packages should arrive in 2-3 days from USPS, but delivery times are not guaranteed. Larger Packages may be shipped with UPS.
  • Express Mail: You can upgrade to Express Mail with package insurance. For orders placed by Noon EST (M-F) will be shipped the same day and should arrive in 1-2 days from USPS or UPS, guaranteed delivery is 2 days.

8. Do you ship outside of the United States?

Closet Candy currently ships to Canada using USPS Priority Mail. All orders ship for a flat fee of $25, so add as many things as you'd like to your cart! Please note, however, that we are not responsible for delays or any additional customs/import/duty charges once the package leaves the US.

9. What is your return or exchange policy?

We know that, even if you really love an item, sometimes things just don’t work out. We’re here to make sure that you’re always 100% happy with your items! Closet Candy offers store credit instead of refunds. Fortunately, our store credit NEVER expires!

As for exchanges and returns, any item ending in .99 is considered FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange. Items discounted at 40% or greater are also considered final sale.

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Returns will be credited with an electronic store credit for the original purchase price. In order to offer discounted return labels, we do not offer refunds.
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.
  • Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box.
  • If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smell of cigarette smoke or fragrances, are damaged, have tags removed, are received beyond 30 days from the order date, or are Final Sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you, or we will donate them to charity after 30 days.
  • Seasonal Gift Purchases: Orders placed after November 15th will receive an extended Return Date: Returns must be received by January 10th to receive store credit.

10. Shopping online for clothes can be tricky. How can I figure out if something will fit me?

Each item on our site has an item description with specific model specs and fit info. Since we sell several different brands, sizing may vary. Many of our clothes have a modern, contemporary fit, while the majority of our tops and tunics have a generous fit. 11. Do you have any tips for caring for my new clothing, shoes, and accessories?

The care instructions for your new items will be located on the inside tags. Follow these instructions to the best of your ability to make sure your item stays pristine and as gorgeous as the day you received it.

Many of our clothes are a young contemporary fit.

Many of our tops and tunics may have a generous fit, refer to the item description as you may want to size down in such items.
