United StatesThese are really beautiful in person. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there is not much support for the back of your heel or ankle. The heel is a great height and I brought my normal size 6.5 - they fit great.

I also like the cord on the side is more of a cotton type rope, and has a slight sheen to it, very pretty in person. I ordered my usual size 7.5 and they fit great!
