These are high waisted, cutoff perfection! I love that these shorts are so flattering, and have the perfect cutoff length. I can wear them with any top, and the fade on the denim is so perfect. I love these! I'm 5'5", 148 lbs and hold most weight in my midsection. I got the size medium, and they fit like a glove.
