United StatesThe material is perfect for keeping you cool while working out. They waist covers any belly imperfections. I'm 5'3" 150 (thanks Covid 15 ) and opted for a large to not be as tight. That makes then a little long and doesn't keep them up as well. I think the medium would have been great.
United StatesI wear the medium, I’m 5’7, 165ish and carry my weight in my hips and butt. These are fantastic! They are a nice high rise without cutting into my sides, they stay put and I don’t have to pull them up or adjust them ever! I even have extra length at the ankles. The fabric is silky, soft, and doesn’t show any of my lumps and bumps. I want these in every color!
